HART CrossFit was founded to give those who live in and near Chesham a welcoming, safe and inclusive space to pursue both health and fitness goals, whilst being part of a positive and connected community.

Our carefully thought out training programme is based on the CrossFit’s strength and conditioning ethos and methodology. It’s delivered by passionate and experienced Coaches, in a supportive and welcoming environment, via small group classes suitable for all abilities.

Whether you are new to fitness, or a seasoned athlete, there is something for everyone at HART. And being family run, we encourage the whole household to experience and share our love of fitness. CrossFit and Hyrox Classes are for all adults, with our Warriors Classes being for those 55+ only, and RAW Kids Gymnastics for the little ones.

We pride ourselves on a clean, well-equipped and welcoming space for everyone who shares a love and passion for fitness.

We have two studios equipped with top of the range Wolverson equipment, plus space for stretching pre and post workout, and two unisex showers supplied with body wash, shampoo and conditioner, as well as a changing and vanity area. 

Our Community is at the HART of everything we do.

And because we know how important it is to bring everyone together on a regular basis for some healthy competition, we regularly host community events in-house. Nothing like competition to help people see and reach their potential, putting everything learnt in classes to the test, and recognise the progress they are making towards their goals.

Driving the core values of HART CrossFit, is a team of coaches who share the same beliefs and possess the qualities needed to ensure our members have a safe space to train and pursue their health and fitness goals.

Our coaches are leaders in the field of health and fitness, and have extensive knowledge and experience coaching strength and conditioning programmes to a range of athletes, plus competing in CrossFit.

CrossFit Level 1 Coach

Level 3 Pre and Post Natal 

Sam swam at County & National level giving her a passion for sports performance. Sam has been Coaching CrossFit for over 5 years and loves teaching all Gymnastics movements to both beginner and advanced athletes alike, our resident super Mum, you'll find Sam leading the RAW Kids Gymnastics Classes and chasing Aster around the Gym.

Tim Dunn

CrossFit Level 2 Coach

Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Science specialising in Physical Conditioning

Tim has been in the industry for well over a decade. Tim played National Level Football up until Under 21 back in New Zealand, before finding CrossFit. He has an extreme passion for helping people and loves to see those he coaches achieve things they never thought possible.

Core Programmes

Stamina - Strength - Power

crossfit

CrossFit is our core training programme. It is a fitness programme that delivers great results when combined with balanced nutrition and consistent training. Our Programming runs on 12 week cycles with focuses on strength development, gymnastics, weightlifting and conditioning prominent in each block.

60 min classes | daily

hyrox

HYROX aims to make hybrid training more accessible and combines running and other conditioning methods with functional strength. Our classes feature a broad range of movements, but unlike our CrossFit programme, do not feature any Gymnastics or Olympic Weightlifting. HYROX sessions include longer, aerobic conditioning pieces and place focus on strength endurance.

60 min classes | 3 x per week

warriors

Coming soon…

Warriors is our over 60 class. These sessions run twice per week in the gym. These sessions are scalable and adaptable to suit anybody regardless of training history or abilities. We feel movement is extremely important for athletes of all ages, and giving this generation the opportunity to start or continue leading a healthy lifestyle is really important to us.

45 min classes | 2 x per week

raw kids gymnastics

These classes are early years recreational gymnastics classes for little ones looking to have fun, get active, healthy and happy. Classes range from Crawling to 7 years, as we look to help our little ones grow in confidence, build new skills and learn the basic fundamentals of movement and gymnastics.
